How do I know which Alpha-H product is right for my skin type?
We recommend starting with our Skin Quiz or consulting our 'Shop by Concern' categories. If you are new to active ingredients like Glycolic Acid, we suggest beginning with our iconic Liquid Gold used three times a week.
Are Alpha-H products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Alpha-H is a cruelty-free brand. The majority of our products are also vegan-friendly, with the exception of a few items containing sustainably sourced ingredients like beeswax or honey. Please check the individual product pages for a full ingredient list.
What is your shipping policy and how long will delivery take?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit my skin?
We want you to love your skin results. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is at least 50% full and contact our support team to initiate the return process.
Is it safe to use Liquid Gold and other AHAs during pregnancy?
While topical AHAs are generally considered safe, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare professional before introducing new active skincare into your routine during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
